Refund & Cancellation Policy At Attentive IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is important. Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below. Laptop Rental Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a refund. Once a laptop is delivered, rental charges are non-refundable. Early returns may not qualify for partial refunds unless agreed in writing. Laptop Repair Diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable. Repairs once completed are not eligible for refunds. If repair is not feasible, only advance (if any) may be refunded. Laptop Sales Sold laptops (new or refurbished) are non-refundable. Warranty claims are handled as per manufacturer or service agreement.
